helpful staff superb breakfast poor insulation missing window

the staff was helpful . they messaged me to confirm my arrival time and assisted with directions to the hotel. breakfast was also a good experience. it was superb with nothing too much trouble for the staff.

the room had poor noise insulation. this created a noisy atmosphere. the room also lacked windows. this.

the breakfast had excellent quality. thoughtful touches were appreciated.

My room lacked proper soundproofing. Noise from other guests was intrusive. additionally, i found the absence of a safe in the room concerning. i had to be extra cautious with my valuables.

the staff was very friendly . they helped me with directions and transportation. the breakfast included a variety of fresh fruits and pastries. the rooftop terrace provided a peaceful space.

the hallway lighting seemed a little dim at night.
